???Karen: The following are my comments or punchlist item for Twin Star Credit Union:
Landscape needs to be completed.
Irrigation needs to be completed.
Complete the roof drains.
Hydroseed disturbed areas.
Grade all disturbed areas to finish grade.
Complete the water system (Get sign off from Water Dept.)
Complete the sewer system (Get sign off from Sewer Dept.)
Clean up all construction debris, garbage and left over materials from project site.
Bring landscape up to finish grade.
Place all high utilities at the proper grade or elevation.
Put sign back in place.
Fill in holes in landscape and open area.
Need place a reclaim water lid on the irrigation meter box.
