There is also another hose bib on the back side of the building that could be utilized. Please feel free to contact me if there are any questions. ________________________________ From: Steve Harrington [mailto:steveh@ci.yelm.wa.us] Sent: Monday, December 08, 2008 10:43 AM To: Scott Severs Subject: FW: twin county CU Scott: Any follow up on this issue? Scott from Schiesow Construction had called me about an inspection on the irrigation tap. I informed Scott that will need to be done through the Waste Water Management Facility (360) 458-8411 (Jim Doty: Manager). Jim has also e-mailed me asking if we have anything resolved on the step tank hose bib issue. Please see his original e-mail sent on last Friday Dec. 5. Please let me Know. Thanks, Steve ________________________________ From: Jim Doty Sent: Friday, December 05, 2008 11:23 AM To: Steve Harrington Cc: Tim Peterson Subject: twin county CU Steve- Once again to document our phone conversation, of this morning at 10:45 am We require water to be within 50’ of the Step Tank for the purpose of servicing the tank. It does not matter to us whether it is reclaimed or not, However, if it is reclaimed, they must have a reclaimed user agreement in place for us to accept any kind of reclaimed water setup. It would be easier for us and preferable that a potable hose bib be provided on the side of the building within 50 feet of the pump side of the tank for the purpose of servicing the tank. All of our hoses carried on the trucks are for potable only and cannot be used for reclaimed. Also, the building will likely not freeze. Any hose bib off the building will have to be provided with freeze protection. Jim Doty Plant Manager City of Yelm Water Reclamation Facility 931 N.P. Road Mail: 105 Yelm Ave. W. Yelm, WA 98597 Ph.
