Existing storm ponds are adequate, see drainage report.
4. What provisions will be made for water supply and sewage disposal?
Existing Yelm City water 1 step sewer will be used.
5. What provisions will be made for electrical power, natural gas, telephone
and other utilities? Existing services will be maintained.
6. What provisions will be made for streets, access, and/or buses? City of
Yelm will widen existing road and location of existing access will be maintained.
7. What provisions, if any, will be made for open space and/or recreation?_
None.
8. What provisions will be made for schools and school children? City of Yelm
will include sidewalks when widening occurs.
