I will have it fixed by the end of the week or early next week. I reviewed the approved plans and it appears that the edge of the pond should have been between 12 and 15 feet from the edge of the asphalt. In the constructed configuration the edge of the pond is 2 to 3 feet from the traveled way. This does not meet the setbacks from the traveled way and the pond is a safety concern. Would you please take a look at the design and the staking and see what can be done to revise this issue. The City can not accept the pond in this configuration. Please contact me after you have a chance to look at this issue. Thanks Jim Gibson P.E.
