ATTACHMENT CASE NUMBER: SEPA 2006102568 This mitigated determination of non-significance is based on the project as proposed and the impacts and mitigation reflected in the following materials: • Environmental checklist dated 6-12-06 • Site Plan • Forestland Conversion I. Proper erosion and sediment control practices must be used on the grading site and adjacent areas to prevent erosion and displacement ofwater onto adjacent properties. Any areas disturbed during construction must be seeded, vegetated, or given some other equivalent type of protection against erosion. 2. A grading permit shall be submitted to the Thnrston County Roads Department. All grading and erosion control measures shall be in compliance with the Thurston County Stotrn Water Manual. 3. Thurston Counry has determined that the requirements for environmental analysis, protection, and mitigation measures have been adequately addressed in the development regulations and comprehensive plan adopted under Chapter 36.70A RCW, and in other applicable local, state, or federal laws or rules, as provided by RCW 43.21 C.240 and WAC 197-11-158. Thurston Counry will not require any additional mitigation measures under SEPA.
