05-0458 Forrester Booster Pump Review No 2 113007 From: Jim Gibson Sent: Friday, November 30, 2007 2:32 PM To: 'Clint Pierpoint'; 'rgdinc@fairpoint.net' Cc: 'Mike Ollivant'; 'Randy Raymond'; Tim Peterson Subject: Forrester Estates Booster Pump Review No. 2 Attachments: Forrester Heights Booster Station Rev 2.pdf Clint - I have attached a letter from Parametrix as part of the second review on the booster pump station.  I also have the following comments from the Public Works Department.  Some of the comments are listed in both reviews.  At the bottom of the letter Parametrix suggests a meeting between the applicant, City and themselves to discuss the comments.  I will be contacting you in the next week or so to facilitate these meeting. Public Works Comments: The gate valves on the existing ten inch main stub outs are on the tees in the street. The building is too small – No access to the control panels with out stepping over the piping. The building needs to have a floor drain. Need to install a Ball Valves Curb Stop on the hose bib stub out. The building must have a chain link fence around the building. Why is the main being reduce to a six inch when the manifolds on the pump station are eight inch manifolds? The Booster station needs to be tied into the City of Yelm’s telemeters system.
