These drawings are poor at best. I have outlined a few of the “glaring” problems.
Check depth of bury on the pipeline. 5” is required.
Connection point, and method of connection to existing main is not shown.
Page C8 refers to match line on C7.1. this is incorrect.
Per our Development Guidelines, ARV are required at high points in the pipeline, non are shown.
No “End of Line Clean Outs” are shown.
I have concerns about the fact that this development is 56’ higher than the existing mainline that will serve these homes. My suspicion is that a good quality Air/Vacuum Release assembly
will be needed at the top of the hill, but I do not feel comfortable making that decision.
