Request for final construction inspection on Forrester Heights subdivision.doc
Forrester Heights
We have been contacted to do a final construction inspection for the Forrester Heights subdivision located off S/R 507 across from Nisqually Estates. This will be the final construction
inspection before the subdivision can be approved by City Council. I would like to request the following information be directed to Steve Harrington and copy to Jim Gibson on the email.
Steve will be collecting the different punchlist and forwarding one complete list to the developer. The following is a list of the needed inspections:
Public Works:
Sewer Department - sewer system
Water Department - water system, cross control
Street Department - sidewalks and anything else they might notice
Community Development Department
Landscaping – Nisha, the developer has requested that the hydroseed be done after all inspections of the irrigation system so it does not wash out any hydroseed.
All remaining items - Steve
We would like to respond to the developer with a list by June 18, 2007. Could you please give your list to Steve by June 17, 2007 so he can compile them and send it out on the June
18th, 2007. Thank you for your help. We are trying to make sure no other items are missed during project closeout.
