Prefix for the Plat will be 6711. 2. Current and Delinquent taxes will need to be paid in full. 3. City and Zip Code for addressing needs to be added to the face of the map. 4. If the Homeowners Association is to own the Tracts, there will need to be either a Dedication on the face of the map or a Deed recorded. 5. There appears to be improvements on this parcel. They need to be located on the face of the map. 6. If any improvements are going to be demolished, the owner will need to contact our office to receive a Destroyed Property form. 7. If there are any changes made to this Plat, another blueline copy will need to be submitted for a 2nd review and a new and updated lot closure list will need to be attached. 8. I noticed on the Lot Closure list it has Forrester Heights instead of Palisades West. Was this a first name, now changed? Please send a copy with Palisades West name on it to ensure we have the correct copy for this Plat.
