I assume the developer wants to retain ownership of the Tracts since there was no dedication on the face of the map. Unless there is a deed following recording of the Plat, All Tracts will be continued in the owners name. 2. Regarding improvements, we are assessing a General Purpose Building. As requested, this was not shown on the face of the map of the previous location. I can only assume it is now destroyed. The owner will need to fill out the Destroyed Property Form. Upon segregation that value will be place upon one of the lots. 3. Tract E has been deeded to another owner. The question arises now of a second owner of this Plat. Are you going to have this new owner sign the plat? Usually the deeds for any tracts are done after recording. Please advise.
