Subj: Palisades West Final Plat SUB-05-0458-YL
This plat went before council on December 11, 2007 where it was approved and signed and ready to be recorded with Thurston County. Upon taking it to the county it was noted by the Assessor’s
office that a few minor changes were required prior to recording. There was confusion about the ownership and proper dedication of Tract E which is located at the southeast corner of
the plat and can be found on sheet 4. The applicant has addressed this situation by including the adjacent property owner to whom Tract E is being dedicated to on the face of the plat.
Please note that no other changes have been made to the plat in regards to the number of proposed lots or lot configuration.
Due to the requirement of these minor changes, the revised plat needs to be re-signed by the appropriate individuals once again. Please sign sheet 1 as marked by the red tab and return
to me so I can proceed with the recording of this final plat. Please contact me at 360-458-8430 if you have any further questions in regards to the changes.
