WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby convey, set over, assign and warrant to the City of Yelm the
following described property situated in Thurston County, State of Washington, TO
WIT:
All Sanitary Sewer lines, STEP sewer system, Water lines and related appurtenances lying
within dedicated public rights of way for the PALISADES WEST PLAT and for STATE ROUTE
507, of Yelm's Plat No. SUB-05-0458-YL.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrum t to be executed
