Re: Second Review and Comment for the Plat of Palisades West

Dear Mr. Beck:
I have completed my second review of the abovementioned plat. Atmched, please find an
original copy of the map, sheets 1 - 4, with my `4ed-line" comments. These "red-lines"
request additional information and/or edits. I have also included an original copy of the
closure report for the lots, tracts and road dedication. There is a difference between the
dimensions of the right of way of Palisades West, a[ the right of way of S.R. 507, as
shown on the plat, with respect to the "CL" closure report. We will need a looped
closure report that encompasses the centerline of Palisades St SE, the section line and the
centerline of S.R. 507 to verify those dimensions.
There are four minor additions, revisions and / or omissions that should be addressed, in
addition to the problem with the centerline of Palisades St. SE. They are as follows:
• Sheet 1 of 4, under Dedication.
Should Forrester Heights 1 Homeowners Association be Palisades West
Homeowners Association?
• Sheet 2 of 4, under SR 507 Note.
Add "way" Co complete "right of way".
• Sheet 3 of 4, regazding the ] 0' wide utility easement.
Where is the utility easement in the vicinity of Pazcel C of BLA-8144?
• Sheet 4 of 4, at south boundary.
Show a portion of the adjoining parcels.
