Re: Lee Orchard Motorcycle Shop Site Plan Submittal
Dear Mr. Turner:
The City has received and reviewed the revised site plan submittal for the Lee Orchard Motorcycle Shop. Thank you for showing the path of travel for vehicles. I hope that these painted
arrows on the pavement will help direct safe traffic flow for this site.
After review of the proposed accesses onto Yelm Avenue, the City has decided not to allow an additional access from Yelm Avenue, and holds the approval for a single access.
Please refer to the City of Yelm Development Guidelines Chapter 3, for refuse container storage areas. This must be detailed on either the civil plans, or the revised landscape plan.
A final landscape plan is a requirement of civil plan submission.
Civil plans must be submitted to, and approved by the Community Development Department prior to construction on this site. Please refer to City of Yelm Development Guidelines Chapter
3 for civil plan submission.
