Mr. Tauscher:
The City of Yelm has completed the review of the proposed subdivision. Your application included:
Civil plan Sheet 5 dated May 14, 2007
Landscaping Plan dated May 14, 2007
We have reviewed the plans that were submitted for compliance with the City of Yelm Development Guidelines, the DOE Stormwater Manual and general standards of civil engineering practice.
We have found the plans to be substantially complete and are requesting the following information for approval:
1 Full Size Mylar set of Construction Plans for Signature
2 Stormwater Drainage Reports
After we receive the above information, the plans will be signed and returned to you or your representative. When you receive the signed plans, we will need the following information
returned to us before you can schedule a preconstruction meeting.
5 full size sets of Construction Plans
1 11”x17” half size set of Construction Plans
Invoice for Review Fees and Connections paid in full
PDF electronic files of the signed plans
AutoCAD files of the Approved Construction Plans
