DISCUSSION
Tom Rieger asked Floyd for list of subcontractors and estimated starting date.
Floyd proposes beginning work July 20, 2005. Tom to prepare letter to proceed
for said day and deliver to Rognlin's. Tom noted that coordination between all
trades involved will be key to project success.
Corey King and Doug Barton to coordinate moving existing wiring for temporary
use until new walls are installed. Corey to relocate existing security video to area
designated as temporary manager location as noted on phasing plan. Corey
needs 1 '/a" conduit, 16"-18" from corner, stubbed up in new wall between break
room and customer service. Corey noted to Jeri that security system will be
switched to wireless system.
Floyd noted electrical panel for yard sprinklers will need to be relocated in new
existing wall. Suggest mounting face flush with finish face of break room wall.

Richard and Doug discussed running temporary data lines over existing flooring
until new teller line is ready. Floyd noted it may be possible to change out the
existing teller line with the new teller line in one long weekend. Long weekend
will require closing bank on Saturday or using a three day holiday weekend.
Richard feels it would be easiest to coordinate his efforts on anon-holiday
weekend. If anon-holiday weekend is to be used for teller line change-out, the
bank requires three weeks minimum notice so they can let their customers know
of the Saturday closure (possible to keep drive-up open).
Jeri asked about getting magnetic locks for the doors. Richard noted that it will be
easier to add magnetic locks now while everything is open. Tom Rieger will ask
Mike Sand about including magnetic locks in this project.
Jeri asked about secure storage separate from general storage for hard copies of
customer account information. Jeri mentioned possibility of locking file cabinets.
Richard also inquired about a separate secure room for the data equipment, or the
possibility of a locking cabinet. Tom to look into possibilities and discuss options
with Mike Sand.
Tom Gamino discussed probability of seeing electrical cord running along top of
trusses for new suspended lighting. Tom Rieger not opposed to cord location, but
it needs to be installed clean and neat, option to use wire mold that can be
painted to match ceiling and trusses.
Tom Dineen, Floyd, and Tom Rieger discussed new entry walk and elevation
differences. Tom Rieger to work out and get drawing to Rognlin's.
Respectfully submitted,
i
