The final burial of conduit sleeving will be placed at completion of the Rec, Center. The control panel for the irrigation system will be permanently affixed to the Rec. Center building as well. This is our intent for remedy to this punchlist item. Remedy of item no. 32 as follows; The stop bars will be installed when the ecology blocks are removed. The ecology blocks are situated just infront of the area where the stop bars are to be located. These blocks are placed for the purposes of site security, and have worked well so far. Management of Bella Housa would like to eliminate the possibility of defacing these stop bars during the course of site construction. We intend to remedy this potential problem by installing the stop bars at final occupancy of Rec. Center. Remedy of item no. 35 as follows; The crack in the mail box slab at the furthest East end of development will be repaired when the concrete pour for the Rec. Center patios are completed in roughly three-weeks, and or April 30, 2008. We intend to remedy this item by reinstalling an epoxy joint sealer, and or full removal and re-install of the mail box slab between expansion joints. Remedy of item no. 40 as follows; The landscaping and' irrigation around the Rec. Center will completed in the regular course of construction sequence so that damage of surrounding area and owner costs are minimized, and or eliminated. Installation tentatively scheduled July 11, 2008. Remedy of item no. 41 as follows; The Rec.
