Date:
I have completed my review of the plans that were submitted for the remodel of the
McDonald's Restaurant, which is located at 505 Yelm Avenue W in Yelm, Washington.
The plans are accepted with the following conditions:
1. While re-model/construction is on-going, measures must be taken to eliminate all
incidental contamination of foods and food preparation surfaces by dirt, dust, or any
other construction contaminants.
2. All building, planning, fire and electrical code requirements must be completed prior
to calling for apost-construction/remodel inspection.
3. Apost-construction inspection must be scheduled and conducted within 3 days of
the completion of this project. After the post-construction inspection, you will be
billed for the plan review, and post-construction inspection. Fees must be paid as
specified in the billing.
4. All floor, wall, ceiling, and shelf surfaces must be smooth, durable, nonabsorbent
and cleanable.
5. Area rugs with absorbent surfaces shall not be used in dishwashing, food
preparation, food storage, and/or food dispensing areas. All exposed, unfinished
wood in food preparation and storage areas must be properly sealed. The wall/floor
juncture must be properly coved. All openings around utilities and conduit passing
