If you have any questions please contact Steve Harrington at 360-458-8423. This is a comprehensive list that includes all departments from within the City. Water Department: Irrigation Double Check Valve Assembly needs to be tested and results sent to City of Yelm Water Dept. Lots 1 and 2 Raise meter box to final grade, meter setters too high, must be in bottom third of box, straighten meter setters so meter can be installed, no locate wire in box. Lots 3 and 4, no locate wire in box. Lots 5 and 6 meter setters too high, must be in bottom third of box, no locate wire. Lot 7 raise meter box to final grade, tree appears to be on water service line to setter. No Stortz Adapter on fire hydrant at Stella Ct. Lots 8 and 9 Clean out meter box and straighten setters so meter can be installed box may need to be moved back to do this no wire in meter box. Lots 12 and 15 clean out meter box and straighten setters so meter can be installed, box may need to be moved back to do this. Lot 13 meter setter too high, must be in bottom third of box, no locate wire. Lot 11 clean out meter box and straighten meter setter Lot 17 meter setter too high must be in bottom third of box, no water to setter. Lot 10, unable to locate water stub out under sidewalk, no locate wire in box Lot 14 tree to close to meter setter Old fire hydrant needs to be removed from site Irrigation control vale is too close to sewer All service lines stub outs under sidewalk must be 1” 200 PSI poly pipe, Lots 7,8,9 and 14 are ¾ inch 160PSI Sewer Departments: The existing house has been connected to Sewer but the Pump Control Panel was installed on the side of the house. Our spec. calls for mounting this Panel either on a garage wall or a remote post. This panel must be relocated. The End of Line Clean Out located at Sta. 2+85.95 needs to have the correct cap installed. The End of Line Clean Out located at Sta.10+00 must be extended up as high as possible. The Service line into the Carson Box for Lot 11 is not completed. Parts are missing. Toning wire installed with the service lines, from the main line into the Carson boxes must be exposed in each of the Carson boxes. Planning Comments: Portion of fence located on Cullens Road adjacent to lot 6 is missing. Toddler playground and associated landscaping needs to be installed at the end of the cul-de-sac per approved landscape plans. 4x6 pressure treated wood and root barriers are required for all street trees. Please label a portion of the trees to allow for determination of species. Please install vinyl fence around storm pond per the civil plans. All street trees are to be located at least 5 feet from utility boxes. Hydroseeding is required in the Open Space/ Storm pond areas as well as within all planter strips.  Please submit a contract or quote indicting the cost for installation of the hydroseeding.   An assigned savings will be created which will be in the amount equal to 150 percent of the cost of the installation.  The assigned savings will need to be signed and a check will need to be submitted to the City prior to issuing Final Plat.  Please contact Nisha Box for further clarification. Engineering Comments: Please complete any striping on roadways that may be required.  Replace any damaged or removed striping with new. Landscaping needs to be completed through out the entire plat. Finish grading needs to be completed through out the plat. Landscape timbers need to be placed around street trees through out the entire plat. Root barrier needs to be put in place behind curb (15’) and front of sidewalk (15’) at every street tree. Clean up left over material and debris through out entire plat. Patch trench in road at the intersection of Trump Ave. & Stella Ct.  This is to be completed per City of Yelm Standards. Fine Grade behind sidewalk, 1” below top of sidewalk elevation. Handicap ramps need curbing on both sides.  Per City of Yelm Standards. Completion of utilities and backfill trenches. Clean sidewalks. Hydroseed the required areas of plat per plans. Hydroseed storm pond area per plans. Place fence around storm pond and 1- 3’ wide walk through gate with padlock. Place fence around storm pond and 1- 10’ double gate with padlock. Fix driveway to existing house. Place an asphalt ramp at end of sidewalk to the street on Longmire around sta. 10+00. Clean out all storm sewer catch basins. Clean and sweep streets. Fix cracks in curbs at various locations on plat. Complete open spaces, play ground and picnic areas. Storm Pond Outlet Protection needs to be completed per plans.
