Construction Punchlist No. 2
Mr. Ritter:
We have conducted a follow up inspection for Trump Plat. The following items were noted during this inspection and have been included in the list below.
Water Department:
Irrigation Double Check Valve Assembly needs to be tested and results sent to City of Yelm Water Dept. Contact the Water Department to schedule so meter can be unlocked for testing.
Lot 7 tree appears to be on water service line to setter, tree must be moved.
Lots 12 and 15 clean out meter boxes.
Lot 13 meter setter too high, must be in bottom third of box.
Lot 11 meter setter too low, must be in bottom third of box, it is currently under box move meter box back and straighten meter setter.
Lot 14 tree to close to meter setter, tree must be moved.
Irrigation control valve is too close to sewer.
Fire hydrant valve on Cullens Rd must have a concrete pad around valve housing.
Sewer Departments:
All Complete.
Public Works:
The sidewalk on Stella Ct. needs to return to hard surface. Currently it dead ends into grass.
The plastic wrapping needs to be removed from truncated domes.
Longmire, North end, back side of walk, bring up grade 1” from top of walk to 1 foot.
On Trump, on the East end, back side of walk, bring up 1” from top of walk to 1 foot.
Cullen and Trump roads need the cross street signs installed.
Planning Comments:
All Complete
Engineering Comments:
Please complete any striping on roadways that may be required. Replace any damaged or removed striping with new.
Clean up left over material and debris through out entire plat.
Clean sidewalks.
Hydroseed the required areas of plat per plans.
Hydroseed storm pond area per plans.
Clean and sweep streets.
