Box 479 Yelm, WA 98597  March 20, 2007 RDS Design LLC Scott Ritter 2365 48th Ave SW Olympia, WA 98512 RE: Trump Subdivision – SUB-05-0456-YL Clearing and Grading Approval Only Mr. Ritter: This letter serves as the approval to allow you to begin clearing and grading operations in the above referenced project. This limited approval has been granted at your request and after careful review of the plans you have submitted. This approval is subject to the following requirements and will need to be monitored throughout the duration of this project. All construction methods must be per the City of Yelm Design Guidelines. All Temporary Erosion and Sedimentation Control best management practices must be in place and inspected weekly or after large storm water events. A preconstruction meeting must be set up before earthmoving operations are started. Please contact myself at 360-458-8438 to set this up. This should be done at least 3 working days before your scheduled start date and after TESC BMP’s have been installed. This approval does not preclude changes to the final set of construction documents that is deemed necessary through the civil plan review process. Any demolition of buildings will need to be coordinated through the Building Department and Gary Carlson.
