RE The Trump Subdivision - Review No. 2 From: Bob Tauscher [bob@jwmorrissette.com] Sent: Monday, April 23, 2007 9:39 AM To: Jim Gibson Cc: 'Scott L Ritter' Subject: RE: The Trump Subdivision - Review No. 2 Attachments: UIC Regestratoin Form Submitted to DOE PDF.pdf; 05141-1 plan-11-LONGMIRE PROFILE.pdf; 05141-1 plan-6-GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLAN.pdf; 05141-1 plan-8-SEWER & WATER PLAN.pdf; 05141-1 plan-9-ONSITE PROFILE.pdf ???†Jim, Attached are PDF’s of the changes as discussed Friday. The following are responses to each comment: Storm Drainage Report The UIC Registration form has been submitted to DOE, see attached PDF. Sheet 5 of 17 The City of Yelm Staff Report, dated January 2006, and the Findings #8 of the Site Plan Review Decision, stated Longmire Street is a Local Access Residential. The City of Yelm Guidelines, Minimum Street Design Standards Table list the intersection curb radius is 25 feet. The 25 foot radius was not changed; let me know if I have misinterpreted these referenced documents. Sheet 6 of 17 A 9 foot high fence callout was added to sheet 6. Sheet 8 of 17 Lot 16 is already connected to the City STEP System; see station 11+25, 20’ LT on Longmire Street. Sheet 11 of 17 If I understood the comment correctly, the end of the sidewalk was revised to connect to the street within the right of way. Sheet 18 of 17 The street lighting notes were removed. Items #7 through 13, the Landscape Plans will be address by the Landscape Architect. Sewer Comments from Jon Yanasak, Sewer Dept. The end of the line cleanout was moved into the street. The gate valves were already called out as (MJ); the other fittings were revised to (SL). The Valve box for lot 13 was move to the front of the lot. The sewer details will be revised to details dated 4/2007. Water Comments from Edward Smith, Water Dept. I understand the developer will be responsible for the cost of the hydrant locks. When the report for the decommissioned wells is received, copies will be provided to the City. A callout for an irrigation meter to the pond lot was added. The Landscape Plans will provide the details for the double check. A third valve was added to station 2+64. The callout on sheet 8 was mislabeled 2-inch, it was corrected, on sheet 9 the plan and profiles had the watermain as 8-inch. An air release was added to the end of Stella Ct. The proposed new watermain will be connecting to the  existing watermain on Cullens Street at the high point, I believe an Air Release is not warranted on Trump Street. A callout to encase the sewer on Longmire Street was added. The water details will be revised to details dated 4/2007. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks Bob Robert E.
