Thank you for taking care of the pictures. Would you mind printing them
on your color printer? I am unable to access Tanya’s printer for the
moment. If you are contacted by the family again, please refer them to
me as I will handle the insurance if needed. Thanks again.

Subject: Accident on sidewalk @ 508 Van Trump Avenue
Janine: Kevin Ray (Public Works) came into the office yesterday
evening, explaining an accident that happened @ 508 Van Trump Avenue.
He said a lady called stating that her son tripped over a sign and she
thinks he broke his wrist. Kevin asked if I would go out to the scene
and take pictures of the sign in the sidewalk area before the sign gets
moved. (Please find attached the pictures I took of the sign in the
pedestrian walkway @ 508 Van Trump Avenue). The contractor had left the
construction sign lying down and the legs of the sign were on the
sidewalk, the ladies son had tripped on the legs and fell, causing
injury to his wrist. When I arrived at 508 Van Trump Avenue around 5:00
p.m. on Monday evening December 17, 2007 it was getting dark. The lady
was in the car with her son, ready to transport him to the hospital.
She got out of the car and told me what had happened. The lady thought
the sign was a city sign. I informed her I was from the city and this
is not our sign and it belonged to the contractor working on the Trump
Plat. I told her that I am here to get pictures and verify the signs
hazardous location. I took pictures and moved the sign legs out of the
pedestrian pathway and into the planter strip. Kevin Ray came in this
morning and I showed him the pictures he requested of me to take of the
accident area. He said to just send them over to Janine (You). They
are attached to this e-mail. I hope this helps. If you need anything
else, just let me know.
Thank you,
Steve Harrington
