Jim: I responded to a memo left on my desk from Scott Ritter. Scott said he was in to see you yesterday, you were out. He wanted to discuss 2 issues for the Trump Plat. 1. The sidewalk,
he still wants to curve or jog the sidewalk around the guide wire or move the sidewalk back 12”. I said “NO”. You need to put it in per the approved change which shows the guide wire
being moved. He said he has a set of small plans and they don’t show the guide wire being moved. I explained to Scott that I have the same size plans and they show they old and the
new location on the approved change. The old guide wire location is under intensified and the new location is shown darker. Scott said it would take months for the power company to
re-locate it. I said it is just a matter of them putting in a new jack screw and reset the guide wire, they need relocate the pole. He will get in touch with PSE. 2. He does not
want to put in the block wall for the fence at the south end of property near the back of cul-de-sac like the plans show. He said it was designed that way, because they thought the
grade would be higher along this side of property. He said he and his fence guy looked at the grade and it is not as high as what the plans show. I informed Scott he can take a copy
of the prints (Sheet 6), have some elevation shots taken and submit his request to his engineer and have them pass it on to us. I also told him we will be looking at the lot elevation
to see if there is any material that will need to be placed along back of lot to bring the fence to 6’ at lot level. I told him the plans show the wall because the differences in elevation
between the lot elevation and adjacent parking lot below it. From the contour lines, there is a difference of 3’. We can expect Scott to either try to push these issues or submit a
change.
