Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the mitigated determination of nonsignificancc for [he
'frump Preliminary Plat project (SEPA No. OS-0456), located at 301 Longmire Street, as proposed by
RDS Design, LLC. The Department of Ecology (Ecology) reviewed the environmental checklist and has
the following comment(s):
TOXIC CLEANUP: Lisa Peareon (360) 407-6261
If contamination is currently known or observed during construction, sampling of the potentially
contaminated media must be conducted. If contamination of soil or groundwater is readily visible, or
is revealed by sampling, Ecology must be notified. Contact the Environmental Report Tracking
System Coordinator a[ [he Southwest Regional Office at (360) 407-6300. For assistance and
information about subsequent cleanup and to identify the type of testing that will be required contact
Mr. Bob Warren with the Toxic Cleanup Program at the Southwest Regional Office at (360)
407-6361.
