I spoke to Capital One Bank the owners of the property located at 207 McKenzie Ct SW. They were informed that the building has become a potential danger to the general public and must
be quickly remedied.
The broken fence and broken rear window have allowed access to transient squatters and high school students who use the property to cross neighborhoods and travel on the adjacent neighbor’s
property.
The bank claims there is a property owner but cannot divulge the owners identity.
