Re: Referral to City Council
The City of Yelm has sent certified letters addressed to you on 1/16/18 and 1/31/18 in regards to the current condition of the property located at 301 Railroad Ave. SE. The accumulation
of garbage and household items has been a concern to residents of the community and is a violation of the Yelm Municipal Code.
The next step for the city is to request city council to cause a nuisance on the property which may result in abatement at a cost to you the property owner.
You have the right to attend The Yelm city council meeting on March 13, 2018 to represent yourself on the matter and we sincerely hope a resolution may be found.
