NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 18.62.060 YMC that your property located at 806 Yelm Ave E, is in violation of the Yelm Municipal Code.
ALLEGATIONS OF FACT
On January 1, 2018 you were first contacted by the City of Yelm regarding the lack of required upkeep of the signs located on your commercial properties.
David McAlexander is the legal owner of parcel number 22730121900, described
as

ALLEGATIONS OF LAW
The above described property is within the City of Yelm
The above described property is zoned C-1 with its currents uses as businesses.
IT IS ORDERED THAT BY David MacAlexander shall cause the repair and improvements of the said signs by March 30, 2018.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT David McAlexander pay a civil penalty pursuant to YMC 18.18.060 in the amount of $250.00.
Failure to comply with the terms of this notice of violation may result in further actions by the City of Yelm, including, but not limited to the issuance of civil penalties of up to
$250.00 per day of violation or further enforcement action through a court of competent jurisdiction.
