Re: 1109 Rhoton Ct – Abandoned cars & Garbage
The City of Yelm has received numerous complaints in regards to the abandoned cars and accumulation of garbage and household items on the property located at 1109 Rhoton Ct. The presence
of this garbage has become a nuisance and according to reports has become a rodent and odor nuisance.
Per Yelm Municipal Code Section 8.12.020 states, - The maintenance of the public health and sanitation requires, and it is the intention hereof to make, the collection, disposal, and
removal of waste materials within the city universal and compulsory under the supervision of the city, and to provide that such collection, removal and disposal of waste materials be
performed by the city or such entity as the city may from time to time authorize and designate. (Ord. 173 3, 1974)
Please contact the City of Yelm within 10 business days from the receiving date of this letter to covey intent to remedy the violations.
