This afternoon I performed a site visit to the business known as King Cronic located at 1110 E Yelm Ave #C in Yelm WA.
I spoke to Greg Cronk regarding removing the 21+ Legal Weed banner located in Suite #A as this advertisement would be considered an off-premise sign which is currently not a legal use.
He responded by saying that the banner would be removed immediately and another banner in the same location would be repurposed for the Grand Opening of the Smoke and Vape shop located
in Suite B.
I also spoke to him regarding the replacement of three street trees that were cut down without seeking prior approval from the City of Yelm. He assured me he would be in contact with
a local nursery he has been in touch with prior and will do his best to replace those trees as soon as possible.
