The City of Yelm has been in touch with you on matters concerning the lack of water, and
the consistent repair of automobiles on various locations on the property.
The lack of water places the residence in an unlivable condition not fit for human
occupancy, as well as creating a debt to the city for your use of a sewer system that you are
not paying for.
In the city of Yelm residences are not designed for the repair of automobiles, especially not
to the scale and frequency these repairs have been taking place on your property.
A plan by you the homeowner (and/or resident,) must be submitted to the city that
outlines how water services will be returned and maintained, which brings the residence
into a habitable state.
