The City of Yelm has noted that the property located at 1404 Yelm Ave W is currently being
used as a junkyard / auto repair. The property has accumulated a combination of vehicles,
boats, RVs, and numerous household items in disorder and in various states of repair.
The City of Yelm considers the property as a residential use. As a resident you must meet
the requirements of chapter 18.51.050 (B) and (C) (YMC). This code requires the property
to be maintained in an orderly manner. Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles or machinery
shall have screening by means of an 8 foot solid fence.
