Re: 14855 Terra View St SE – Automotive Repairs in the Public Way
It has been brought to the attention of The Yelm Community Development Department that the use of your property at 14855 Terra View St SE may be in violation of the Yelm Municipal Code.
It has been reported to The Department of Ecology that the dwelling unit is specifically been used for the business of automotive repairs.
Per UDC 2017 code: 18.65.020 B:
Any occupation which may produce waste products of a quality or quantity not normally associated with residential use shall not qualify as a home occupation.
We have received photos of numerous vehicles in a state of repair over the span of four years. A residential dwelling is not equipped to handle the waste products generated by such frequent
repairs, and it is required that such repairs cease immediately.
