This morning an arrest warrant was issued for Christine Alford of 15929 Quail Meadows Ct. SE in the City of Yelm WA.
On May 17, 2018 Ms. Alford was issued a Conditions of Release by Judge Thomas L. Meyer in regards to a guilty plea stemming from her interference with a water meter located out front
her residence. The Condition of Release clearly stated that she was ordered to vacate and remain off the property at 15929 Quail Meadows Ct. SE effective June 1st, 2018.
Christine Alford was found on the property at 8am on the morning of June 4th which is a violation of her Condition of Release. Workers from the Landall Group were parked in front of
the residence intent on cleaning up the property per an abatement request from the City of Yelm.
Officer Field placed Christine Alford under arrest and the cleanup of the property has since been completed to the satisfaction of many residents in the neighborhood of Quail Meadows
