It has come to the attention of the City of Yelm that the residence located at 1201 Crystal Ct. NW has been without water service for an unreasonable amount of time. The current state
of the residence places it in an unlivable condition that is not fit for human occupancy.
Per 2015 International Residential R306.3 Sewage Disposal. Plumbing fixtures shall be connected to a sanitary sewer or to an approved private sewage disposal system.
Per 2015 International Residential Code R306.4 Water supply to fixtures. Plumbing fixtures shall be connected to an approved water supply. Kitchen sinks, lavatories, bathtubs, showers,
bidets, laundry tubs and washing machine outlets shall be provided with hot and cold water.
It is vital that you contact the City of Yelm within 10 days of receiving this letter to establish a plan to bring the residence into a livable condition.
