RE: Accumulation of Garbage and Rodents – 210 Jefferson Ave NE
The City of Yelm has received numerous complaints from citizens, as well as observed an unhealthy accumulation of garbage in the back yard of the residence you own located at 210 Jefferson
Ave NE in the City of Yelm.
This unsafe and unsanitary condition has led to an infestation of rodents that has been affecting neighboring residents and must be remedied immediately.
Failure to remedy this condition in a timely manner will result in disciplinary actions from the City of Yelm not limited to fines, and a possible abatement of the condition at a cost
to you the homeowner.
