Re: 404 1St S – Garbage and Refuse Area
In recent observations by the City of Yelm, we have noted on numerous occasions, the dumpster area behind your establishment overflowing with garbage. It is required that all garbage
and refuse be kept in a dumpster container adequately sized for the volume of garbage being produced, and that said container remain closed.
Our city code enforces these guidelines in cooperation with the Thurston County Health Department to ensure a rodent problem does not present itself.
Please reassess your sanitary needs, and if necessary, arrange for a larger refuse container or an appropriate increase in garbage pickup frequency.
