It has come to the City of Yelm’s attention that a vehicle parked off your property located at 1110 Yelm Ave E, is serving as an advertising vehicle.
Per our Yelm Municipal Code 18.62.030 Prohibited signs.
G. Advertising vehicles, with the exception of the identification of a firm or its principal products on a vehicle operating during normal course of business;
Company vehicles are allowed to be located in the parking lot of the business they serve, the current location of the vehicle is not permitted. The vehicle must be moved immediately
to avoid any further code enforcement.
