We had previously contacted you in regards to the unscreened trash container located at your property on 16601 SR 507.
The City of Yelm is consistently undertaking the task of providing a clean and safe community to all of our residents.
Please contact the city within 30 days of receiving this notice to establish a plan to remedy our concern.
If we do not observe an attempt at resolution the city may issue a civil penalty including fines for each day or part of a day the property remains in violation.
