Subj: Declare nuisance on the following property.
Recommendation
Authorize Mayor Foster to sign Resolution No. allowing the Community Development Department to declare public nuisance on the following property to allow the clean up and maintenance
of the property.
Background
The property listed below has been abandoned for 4 years. The front and rear yard of the property is a large fire risk due to a lack of yard care. The interior of the property has excessive
garbage and has become rodent infested.
Current Situation
The subject property is listed below by the address and type of violation.
108 4TH St SE- The property has accumulated excessive amounts of garbage leading to a rodent infestation that has been affecting neighboring residences. The lack of yard care has caused
a condition that places the property in a high hazard risk for fire.
