View Road Yelm, WA 98597 RE: Willow Glenn III Estates Subdivision – SUB-05-0345-YL Preliminary Walk Thru Mr. Wade: The City of Yelm Community Development Department has completed a Preliminary Walk Thru of the project site and listed some items that will need to be completed. The following are items that need to be addressed: After a preliminary walk thru of the project site, the following items need to be completed or replaced. These items are listed by the street in which they are located. Civil Engineering Department Comments: Need Stop Bars @ Stop Signs. Need striping street frontage improvements on Grove Road. Community Development Department – Landscaping Hydroseeding is required throughout the plat. Replace the accent tree on the north frontage on Grove Road. Replace trees in front of lots 1, 20, and 27. The evergreen trees within the storm ponds appear to be failing. If they continue to deteriorate during the process of our review, they will need to be replaced. Public Works- Water Department Comments – 1. The developer is responsible for the cost of the fire hydrant locks and the City of Yelm Water Department will order and install them. The project will not be final until the City of Yelm has received the payment in full for the fire hydrant locks. 2.   Move the meter box back and straighten out setters for lots 40 and 41. 3.   Need too raise meter box for lots 42 and 43. 4.   Need to clean out the irrigation meter setter at the end of Green Leaf Ct. 5.   Need to lower the meter setters for lots 54 and 55. 6.  Need to discontinue temporary water service from the well to the job/office, and disconnect it from the source. Please provide Water Department with a copy of the well abandonment report. Sewer Department Comments – The Sewer Dept. has completed the inspections at Willow Glen III and is satisfied that everything is now complete. 5/24/07 Per. Jon Yanasak. Street Department Comments – 1. On the back side of all walks, remove all large rocks and bring grade up 1inch and 1 foot of back of sidewalk. Please review these items.
