I have not been completely in the loop on the final plat process but want to ask the following questions:
1. Nisha - Have we received the bill of sale documents for water and sewer lines?
2. Nisha/Steve - Have the asbuilts been submitted, reviewed and approved?
3. Steve - We need a written sign off (or email) from Water, Sewer and Streets that they are completed. I know we have received the sewer because it is in the file but do not see the
other approvals in the file. If we do not have these please ask water and streets to email us there signoff.

Nisha and I went out to Willow Glenn 3 yesterday July 11, 2007 to verify that the items on the punchlist had been completed. They have. The mobile home will be moved out when they
build on that lot. I request that we move to close on this plat.
