Preliminary Walk Thru
Mr. Wade:
The City of Yelm Community Development Department has completed a Preliminary Walk Thru of the project site and listed some items that will need to be completed.
The following are items that need to be addressed:
After a preliminary walk thru of the project site, the following items need to be completed or replaced. These items are listed by the street in which they are located.
Civil Engineering Department Comments:
Striping on Grove Road at the Frontage Improvements.
Community Development Department – Landscaping
Dead Street trees need to be replaced.
Dead trees around storm facility.
Public Works-
Water Department Comments –
1. The Developer is responsible for the cost of the fire hydrant locks and the City of Yelm Water Department will order and install them. The project will not be final until the
City of Yelm has received the payment in full for the fire hydrant locks.
2. Move water meter boxes back and straighten the out the meter setters for lots 40 and 41.
3. Raise water meter boxes for lots 42 and 43.
4. Clean out the irrigation meter setter at the end of Green Leaf Court.
5. Lower the water meter setters for lots 54 and 55.
6. Need to discontinue temporary water service from the well to the job office and disconnect it from the source.
Sewer Department Comments –
No issues. Sign off on Sewer.
Street Department Comments –
1. Road drainage in front of lots 16 and 17.
