View Road Yelm, WA 98597 RE: Willow Glenn III Estates Subdivision – SUB-05-0345-YL 3rd and final Walk Thru and Punchlist Mr. Wade: The City of Yelm Community Development Department has completed a Preliminary Walk Thru of the project site and listed some items that will need to be completed. The following are items that need to be addressed: Engineering Comments: Need center line striping street frontage improvements on Grove Road. Landscaping Comments: Replace dead cedar tree in stormpond “A” Replace 5 dead trees in strompond “C” Maintain grass in planter strips along Grove Rd. Water Comments: 1. The developer is responsible for the cost of the fire hydrant locks and the City of Yelm Water Department will order and install them. The project will not be final until the City of Yelm has received the payment in full for the fire hydrant locks. 2.   Need too raise meter box for lots 42 and 43. 3.   Need to discontinue temporary water service from the well to the job/office, and disconnect it from the source. Please provide Water Department with a copy of the well abandonment report. Sewer Comments: The Sewer Department has no comments at this time. Street Comments: 1. Back grading on the back side of the walks on Roubon Street and Lucust CT.  The grade just needs to be brought up to 1 inch and 1 foot of back of sidewalk. Please review these items.
