Our model has shown a distribution slightly different from the one used in your letter. Our distribution shows 39% of the traffic will be traveling to the east by SR 507 toward McKenna, 10% to the west on SR 507 toward Rainier, 6% toward Nisqually Pines and 45% to Lacey by SR 510. The growth rate for the City of Yelm is 2% for all intersections. The intersections you have proposed to analysis are acceptable to the city with the addition of the intersection of Canal-Grove-Flume. Please look at the operation of the intersection, site distance and traffic safety. The accident data should be accessible through Washington State Patrol office as we do not keep these records. The pipeline projects for the City are as follows: Tahoma Terra Master Plan Community Mountain Sunrise - 101 lot Subdivision Mountain Shadow - 80 lot Subdivision Oakridge - 43 lot Subdivison Dotson - 52 lot Subdivision Burnett Mini Storage Burnett Estates – 18 lot Subdivision Green Village - 52 lot Subdivision Mill Pond Estates – 49 lots Wal-Mart Commercial Store I have also included our standard for writing and reviewing a traffic impact analysis in the City of Yelm.
