Box 479 Yelm, WA 98597   November 4, 2005 Robert Connolly Skillings-Connolly Inc 5016 lacey Blvd. SE Lacey, WA 98503 RE: Willow Glenn 3 – SUB–05-0345-YL Preliminary Plat Review – Request for Additional Information Mr. Connolly: The City of Yelm has begun the initial review of the proposed plat of Willow Glenn 3. During the review of the Storm Drainage Analysis and Report it appears that some information was omitted from the report. Please submit the following information to complete the Stormwater Report: The storm shed stormwater calculations are incomplete. The storage basin information and the discharge basin information have not been included. The report states the filter strips have been sized according to Appendix AIII-6.1 however the calculations have not been included. The preliminary plat map does not have enough storm water information to review the storm pond designs. The plan shows the stormwater tract shapes, catch basins and pipe location. Not other information was submitted. It was also discovered in the initial review that two different site plans were submitted. One site plan shows 50 lots, and the other plan shows 51 lots. There seems to be a couple of lots that appear to have difficulties with setback requirements. Please submit a set of new plans that show the correct lot layout, and building envelopes to assure setback compliance. The review of this project will remain on hold until the required information is submitted. Once this information is received, it can be routed to the appropriate departments for their review.
