has 2- Hitachi excavators and 1- case backho working on cutting in Green Leaf Way S.E. approximately 700’ of excavation for roadway layout. Contractor is excavating in very dry and
rocky soils. Call from Loren Wade, contractor is shutting down for the day around 11:00 a.m. due to wind causing a lot of dust.
