Attached, please find an original copy of the map, sheets 1 - 3, with my "red-line" comments. These "red-lines" request additional information and/or edits. I have also included an original copy of the closure report for the lots, tracts and road dedication. There are a differences regazding the dimensions of the lots, as shown on the plat, with respect to the corresponding closure reports. With the plat, I received a copy of LandAmerica Transnation's Subdivision Guazantee, Reference No.: Willow Glen #3 / Brockton Constmctioq LLC, Order No.: 20299286, Schedule A and Exhibit "A", dated May 9, 2007. 1'he description of the original parcel of the plat is consistent with the description at Exhibit "A" of said Guarantee. In our red- lines we have requested the following from the surveyor: • A copy of the Puget Sound Power and Light Company's Electric Transmission Easement Deed, Auditor's File No. 8606040113. A copy of the deed to the State of Washington recorded under Auditor's File No. 564006. Said deed is an exception from the boundary in the legal description. I did not receive copies of the documents listed under "Exceptions" on the Guazantee. Therefore, I cannot attest that all easements, restrictions and/or reservations of record that should be shown on the plat have been shown, or those that are shown are proper. I did not receive any Conditions of Approvals from the City of Yelm to be included on the Plat Map. I also did not receive the engineer's storm drainage plan. Therefore, I cannot verify that adequate provisions for storm drainage requirements have been met.
