All commercial step tank applications need to be a duplex pumping system.
The pumps will need to meet the approved City of Yelm approved pump list.
A sewer easement will need to be dedicated to the City for maintenance of the step sewer system.
A water easement will need to be dedicated to the City for maintenance of the 8” fire line and fire hydrants.
Water meters, water setters and water meter boxes need to be set. Please specify types and sizes on the plans.
Is there going to be an irrigation meter on this project.
All water details need to be placed on the plans.
Show the gate valves on the fire hydrants.
Misc Information
The “Approved for Construction” box needs to say Development Review Engineer instead of Director of Public Works. Please revise all pages.
Prior to building permit the engineering review fees will need to be paid in full.
The following conditions of approval need to be addressed. These are only the civil engineering portions of the conditions; other conditions may not be met at this time.
Please review condition number 4, 6, 7 and 17.
