OBSERVATIONS:
Site and buildings have been staked by Licensed Surveyor.
The Building permit has been paid for and issued by the City of Yelm.
Front setback was measured by Gary Carlson, Building Official
Clearing & grubbing is complete and excess earth & debris has been disposed off site.
Excavation for each building is complete and geotechnical test of footing and slab areas have been tested.
Geotechniocal report shows all test in excess of 95% compaction. (Test log will be faxed separately).
Formwork & reinforcing has been placed for Buildings A & E. Formwork for Buildings B & C is underway.
On site storm sewer pipe, water pipe, fittings, catch basins has been delivered and stored on site.
Invoice for materials provided.
Sand backfill material for all underground utilities has been stockpiled on site. Topsoil has been stockpiled
On site. Invoice has been provided.
All horizontal & vertical reinforcing steel for footings, foundation walls has been stockpiled on site.
Observed all framing materials stored at Mountain Lumber Company. Photographs have been taken and invoices have been provided. Materials are:
2x6 & 2x4 treated mud sills
2x6 exterior wall studs.
2x4 interior wall studs.
2x10 floor joists.
Perimeter slab Styrofoam insulation.
7/16” OSB wall & roof sheathing.
1-1/8” OSB floor sheathing.
Steel strap hold downs.
11. USDA-RD construction sign has been installed on the site.
ITEMS TO VERIFY: Compliance of Capital windows with project heat loss calculations.
